Obvykle je to v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch situac\u00edch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>v prvn\u00edch 14 dnech pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti,<\/li>\n<li>za dovolenou nebo st\u00e1tn\u00ed sv\u00e1tek,<\/li>\n<li>p\u0159i p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1ch v pr\u00e1ci (na stran\u011b zam\u011bstnance i zam\u011bstnavatele).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>N\u00e1hrada mzdy za nemoc<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud zam\u011bstnanec onemocn\u00ed, je v karant\u00e9n\u011b nebo m\u00e1 \u00faraz, kv\u016fli kter\u00e9mu z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 na neschopence, nemocensk\u00e1 se mu po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 a\u017e od 15. kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho dne. Za <strong>prvn\u00edch 14 dn\u016f m\u00e1 ale n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu mzdy<\/strong>, kterou vypl\u00e1c\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo zam\u011bstnavatel (ne spr\u00e1va soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed jako u nemocensk\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Mus\u00ed v\u0161ak splnit n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed <strong>podm\u00ednky<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>m\u00edt nemocensk\u00e9 poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> (pozor u OSV\u010c \u2013 pokud si dobrovoln\u011b plat\u00ed nemocensk\u00e9, n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu mzdy nemaj\u00ed, d\u00e1vky nemocensk\u00e9 se jim vypl\u00e1c\u00ed a\u017e od 15. dne),<\/li>\n<li><strong>b\u00fdt zam\u011bstnancem<\/strong> (pokud by v pr\u016fb\u011bhu neschopnosti pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br skon\u010dil, n\u00e1hradu mzdy zam\u011bstnavatel plat\u00ed jen za dny, kdy trval),<\/li>\n<li><strong>ozn\u00e1mit pracovn\u00ed neschopnost<\/strong> (potvrzen\u00ed p\u0159ed\u00e1 l\u00e9ka\u0159 na OSSZ, zam\u011bstnanec o tom informuje zam\u011bstnavatele telefonicky nebo e-mailem),<\/li>\n<li><strong>dodr\u017eovat re\u017eim pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti<\/strong> (zam\u011bstnavatel s\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee pln\u011bn\u00ed kontrolovat, nebo o kontrolu poprosit spr\u00e1vu soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed \u2013 pokud zam\u011bstnanec re\u017eim poru\u0161\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee mu zam\u011bstnavatel sn\u00ed\u017eit nebo zru\u0161it n\u00e1hradu mzdy).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_10351\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-10351\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-10351\" src=\"https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/pexels-karolina-grabowska-4386225-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/pexels-karolina-grabowska-4386225-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/pexels-karolina-grabowska-4386225-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/pexels-karolina-grabowska-4386225-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/pexels-karolina-grabowska-4386225-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/pexels-karolina-grabowska-4386225-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/pexels-karolina-grabowska-4386225.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-10351\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">N\u00e1hradu mzdy vypl\u00e1c\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel za prvn\u00edch 14 dn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti zam\u011bstnanci.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>V\u00fdpo\u010det n\u00e1hrady mzdy za nemoc<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1hradu mzdy sv\u00e9mu zam\u011bstnanci po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1te za <strong>hodiny, kter\u00e9 by odpracoval a dostal za n\u011b zaplaceno<\/strong>, kdyby nebyl na neschopence. Tedy za:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pracovn\u00ed dny,<\/li>\n<li>pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 sm\u011bny,<\/li>\n<li>st\u00e1tn\u00ed sv\u00e1tky p\u0159ipadaj\u00edc\u00ed na pracovn\u00ed dny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161e n\u00e1hrady mzdy z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na <a href=\"https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/mzdy-a-personalistika\/prumerny-vydelek-dle-zakoniku-prace-v-prikladech-1-dil\/\">pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9m hodinov\u00e9m v\u00fdd\u011blku<\/a>. Ten se spo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 jako pod\u00edl hrub\u00e9 mzdy a skute\u010dn\u011b odpracovan\u00fdch hodin za <strong>rozhodn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed<\/strong>, tedy k prvn\u00edmu dni n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm po kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed (k 1. lednu, 1. dubnu, 1. \u010dervenci a 1. \u0159\u00edjnu). Tak\u017ee pokud zam\u011bstnanec pob\u00edr\u00e1 n\u00e1hradu mzdy v b\u0159eznu, po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se z pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku v obdob\u00ed od \u0159\u00edjna do prosince.<\/p>\n<p>Pro <strong>v\u00fdpo\u010det n\u00e1hrady mzdy za nemoc<\/strong> se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd hodinov\u00fd v\u00fdd\u011blek redukuje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>v 1. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranici na 90 %,<\/li>\n<li>ve 2. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranici na 60 %,<\/li>\n<li>ve 3. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranici na 30 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice <\/strong>se po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed dle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy. <a href=\"https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/mzdy-a-personalistika\/od-roku-2023-se-opet-zvysuji-redukcni-hranice\/\">Pro rok 2023<\/a> je stanovena na 40 324 K\u010d, tud\u00ed\u017e:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice je 235,38 K\u010d,<\/li>\n<li>2. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice je 352,98 K\u010d,<\/li>\n<li>3. reduk\u010dn\u00ed hranice je 705,78 K\u010d,<\/li>\n<li>k \u010d\u00e1stce nad 705,79 K\u010d se nep\u0159ihl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed (tj. nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se do n\u00e1hrady mzdy).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hodinov\u00e1 n\u00e1hrada mzdy se pak vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 jako 60 % z redukovan\u00e9ho hodinov\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku <\/strong>a zaokrouhluje se na cel\u00e9 koruny sm\u011brem nahoru.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pro n\u00e1zornost si uk\u00e1\u017eeme v\u00fdpo\u010det n\u00e1hrady mzdy na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladu:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Petr byl na neschopence 10 dn\u00ed, tedy 80 hodin. Jeho hodinov\u00e1 mzda je 400 K\u010d.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Hodinovou mzdu rozd\u011bl\u00edme podle reduk\u010dn\u00edch hranic.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Z \u010d\u00e1stky do prvn\u00ed hranice (235,38 K\u010d) spo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me 90 % = 211,84 K\u010d.<\/li>\n<li>Z \u010d\u00e1stky mezi prvn\u00ed a druhou hranic\u00ed (352,98 \u2013 235,38 = 117,6 K\u010d) spo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me 60 % = 70,56 K\u010d.<\/li>\n<li>Z \u010d\u00e1stky mezi druhou a t\u0159et\u00ed hranic\u00ed (400 \u2013 352,98 = 47,02) spo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me 30 % = 14,11 K\u010d.<\/li>\n<li>V\u0161echny d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed slo\u017eky se\u010dteme (211,84 + 70,56 + 14,11 = 296,51) a s celkov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky spo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me 60 %. Vyjde n\u00e1m hodinov\u00e1 n\u00e1hrada mzdy 177,91 K\u010d.<\/li>\n<li>Hodinovou n\u00e1hradu mzdy vyn\u00e1sob\u00edme po\u010dtem hodin, za kter\u00e9 zam\u011bstnanci n\u00e1hrada n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed. V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Petr dostane 14 232,8 K\u010d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"info-box\"><span class=\"fa fa-info\" aria-hidden=\"true\">&nbsp;<\/span>V\u00fdpo\u010det n\u00e1hrady mzdy v\u00e1m usnadn\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/money.cz\/vlastnosti\/mzdy-a-personalistika-s3\/\">mzdov\u00fd program<\/a>. Vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se op\u011bt z v\u00fd\u0161e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku za rozhodn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Sv\u00e9mu zam\u011bstnanci m\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 vyplatit <strong>n\u00e1hradu mzdy za nevy\u010derpanou dovolenou<\/strong>. Av\u0161ak jen v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee ukon\u010dujete pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br. Nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed p\u0159itom, jak a z \u010d\u00ed strany k v\u00fdpov\u011bdi do\u0161lo.
