Ve dvousm\u011bnn\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm re\u017eimu je to 38,75 hodin a ve v\u00edcesm\u011bnn\u00e9m \u010di nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9m provozu 37,5 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Jako zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 m\u00e1te povinnost p\u0159ipravit <strong>p\u00edsemn\u00fd rozvrh t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby<\/strong> a sezn\u00e1mit s n\u00edm zam\u011bstnance 2 t\u00fddny p\u0159edem (toto nen\u00ed povinn\u00e9 u zam\u011bstnanc\u016f s pru\u017enou pracovn\u00ed dobou).<\/p>\n<p>Pokud zam\u011bstnanec <strong>pracuje nad stanovenou t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobu<\/strong> a nad r\u00e1mec rozvrhu pracovn\u00edch sm\u011bn \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e na v\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159\u00edkaz nebo s va\u0161\u00edm souhlasem \u2013 jde o pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud zam\u011bstnanec <strong>z vlastn\u00ed iniciativy a bez va\u0161eho v\u011bdom\u00ed<\/strong> pracoval d\u00e9le a vy vykonanou pr\u00e1ci v p\u0159es\u010dase p\u0159ijmete, ud\u011blujete dodate\u010dn\u00fd souhlas s p\u0159es\u010dasem a mus\u00edte poskytnout p\u0159\u00edplatek.<\/p>\n<p>Jestli\u017ee zam\u011bstnanec po\u017e\u00e1dal o den volna s t\u00edm, \u017ee si ho pozd\u011bji v m\u011bs\u00edci napracuje, toto <strong>napracov\u00e1n\u00ed se nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 jako pr\u00e1ce p\u0159es\u010das<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Kdy m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnavatel na\u0159\u00eddit pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das<\/h2>\n<p>Jako zam\u011bstnavatel m\u016f\u017eete pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das na\u0159\u00eddit jen <strong>v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b z v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch provozn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f<\/strong>. Jsou to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">nal\u00e9hav\u00e9 opravy,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">nakl\u00e1dac\u00ed a vykl\u00e1dac\u00ed pr\u00e1ce,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">inventury a z\u00e1v\u011brky,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">z\u00e1skok v nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9m provozu za zam\u011bstnance, kter\u00fd se nedostavil na sm\u011bnu,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">pr\u00e1ce p\u0159i \u017eiveln\u00edch ud\u00e1lostech a jin\u00fdch mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">pr\u00e1ce nutn\u00e9 pro uspokojov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edch, zdravotn\u00edch, vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch, kulturn\u00edch, t\u011blov\u00fdchovn\u00fdch a sportovn\u00edch pot\u0159eb obyvatelstva,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">pr\u00e1ce v doprav\u011b,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">krmen\u00ed a o\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159at.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Kolik pr\u00e1ce p\u0159es\u010das m\u016f\u017eete na\u0159\u00eddit<\/h2>\n<p>Hl\u00eddejte si celkov\u00fd po\u010det hodin pr\u00e1ce p\u0159es\u010das, kter\u00e9 zam\u011bstnanci na\u0159izujete. Kolektivn\u00ed smlouvou m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt toto obdob\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161eno a\u017e na 52 t\u00fddn\u016f (416 hodin).<\/p>\n<p>Myslete i na to, \u017ee <strong>pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das nem\u016f\u017eete na\u0159\u00eddit<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">t\u011bhotn\u00e9 zam\u011bstnankyni,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">zam\u011bstnanci mlad\u0161\u00edmu 18 let,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">zam\u011bstnanci pracuj\u00edc\u00edmu na zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D\u00e1l nem\u016f\u017eete p\u0159es\u010das na\u0159\u00eddit zam\u011bstnanci, kter\u00fd <strong>se star\u00e1 o d\u00edt\u011b do 1 roku v\u011bku<\/strong> \u2013 ale po vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 domluv\u011b pracovat p\u0159es\u010das m\u016f\u017ee (nap\u0159. t\u011bhotn\u00e1 \u010di mladistv\u00fd nem\u016f\u017ee ani po domluv\u011b).<\/p>\n<h2>Jak\u00fd je p\u0159\u00edplatek za pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das a jak se vypl\u00e1c\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Za pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das dostane zam\u011bstnanec vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odm\u011bnu \u2013 konkr\u00e9tn\u011b <strong>p\u0159\u00edplatek ve v\u00fd\u0161i 25 procent <\/strong>sv\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 hodinov\u00e9 mzdy. (O p\u0159\u00edplatc\u00edch za pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das o v\u00edkendu a sv\u00e1tc\u00edch se do\u010dtete n\u00ed\u017ee).<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b se m\u016f\u017eete dohodnout, \u017ee p\u0159es\u010dasov\u00e9 hodiny si zam\u011bstnanec <strong>vybere jako n\u00e1hradn\u00ed volno<\/strong> \u2013 v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tedy p\u0159es\u010das nepropl\u00e1c\u00edte ve mzd\u011b. Jestli\u017ee si zam\u011bstnanec vyb\u00edr\u00e1 n\u00e1hradn\u00ed volno, za tuto dobu mu nep\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/mzdy-a-personalistika\/co-je-nahrada-mzdy-a-jak-na-vypocet\/\">n\u00e1hrada mzdy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Toto volno mus\u00edte poskytnout <strong>do 3 kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f<\/strong> od pr\u00e1ce p\u0159es\u010das, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b se domluvit na jin\u00e9m \u010dase. Pokud to neud\u011bl\u00e1te, zam\u011bstnanci p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed odm\u011bna za p\u0159es\u010das.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1te v pracovn\u00ed smlouv\u011b stanoveno, \u017ee <strong>ve mzd\u011b je u\u017e zahrnuta pr\u00e1ce p\u0159es\u010das<\/strong> (do 150 hodin ro\u010dn\u011b), zam\u011bstnanci v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b odm\u011bnu nav\u00edc nevypl\u00e1c\u00edte.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edplatek <strong>vypl\u00e1c\u00edte spole\u010dn\u011b se mzdou<\/strong>. Na v\u00fdplatn\u00edm l\u00edstku uvedete jeho v\u00fd\u0161i.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak na v\u00fdpo\u010det<\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das <strong>v <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/mzdy-a-personalistika\/navod-jak-spravne-evidovat-data-o-zamestnancich\/\"><strong>evidenci doch\u00e1zky<\/strong><\/a><strong> odli\u0161ujete<\/strong> od b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 sm\u011bny.
