(d\u00e1le jen \u201eZP\u201c).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0podstat\u011b je to nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e odm\u011bny za pr\u00e1ci v pracovn\u00edm vztahu. Jej\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161i stanov\u00ed vl\u00e1da na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm, zpravidla s \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed od po\u010d\u00e1tku kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho roku (s p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnut\u00edm k v\u00fdvoji mezd a spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fdch cen). V\u00a0roce 2023 \u010dinila minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda 17\u00a0300 K\u010d, od roku 2024 se zvy\u0161uje na \u010d\u00e1stku <strong>18\u00a0900 K\u010d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mzda, plat nebo odm\u011bna z dohody nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy nezahrnuje mzda ani plat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>za pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das<\/li>\n<li>p\u0159\u00edplatek za pr\u00e1ci ve sv\u00e1tek<\/li>\n<li>za no\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci<\/li>\n<li>za pr\u00e1ci ve zt\u00ed\u017een\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>za pr\u00e1ci v sobotu a v\u00a0ned\u011bli<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pozor, s\u00a0\u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed od 1. 10. 2023 maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 tzv. dohod\u00e1\u0159i n\u00e1rok na vybran\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edplatky!<\/p>\n<h2>Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda a skupiny prac\u00ed v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edkladech<\/h2>\n<p>Jak minim\u00e1ln\u00ed, tak nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy, stanov\u00ed vl\u00e1da Na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm vl\u00e1dy \u010d. 567\/2006 Sb.<\/p>\n<p>Od ledna 2024 \u010dek\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdu historick\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed, vzroste na <strong>18 900 K\u010d, tedy o 1\u00a0600 K\u010d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy porostou tak\u00e9 n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy, a to n\u00e1sledovn\u011b:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>v 1. skupin\u011b prac\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o 1 600 K\u010d, tj. o 9,2 %,<\/li>\n<li>ve 2. skupin\u011b prac\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o 1 600 K\u010d, tj. o 8,9 %,<\/li>\n<li>ve 3. skupin\u011b prac\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o 1 600 K\u010d, tj. o 8,1 %,<\/li>\n<li>v 8. skupin\u011b prac\u00ed
