Skon\u010d\u00ed tak ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed o jej\u00edm zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u2013 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda poroste transparentn\u011b a p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u011b. C\u00edlem vl\u00e1dy je, aby minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda <strong>do roku 2029 dos\u00e1hla alespo\u0148 47 % pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy<\/strong>. S t\u00edmto c\u00edlem Ministerstvo pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed nastav\u00ed koeficienty pro r\u016fst minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy. Informuje o tom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mesec.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u011b\u0161ec.cz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed novely je tak\u00e9 <strong>zru\u0161en\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy<\/strong> (tedy nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 ohodnocen\u00ed dle obor\u016f). Z\u016fstane pouze zaru\u010den\u00fd plat, kter\u00fd ur\u010duje minim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdd\u011blek zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9m sektoru. Zam\u011bstnance soukrom\u00e9 sf\u00e9ry bude m\u00edsto zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy chr\u00e1nit valorizovan\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem odchodu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f je, \u017ee dostanou od jin\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnavatele <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed odm\u011bnu za srovnatelnou pr\u00e1ci<\/strong>. K setrv\u00e1n\u00ed na pracovi\u0161ti zam\u011bstnance nejv\u00edce p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed mzdy, ale k tomuto kroku firmy p\u0159istoup\u00ed jen v 5 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, kdy se dozv\u00ed o \u00famyslu zam\u011bstnance odej\u00edt. Vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 to z v\u00fdzkumu agentury Grafton Recruitment, kter\u00fd zve\u0159ejnil server <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinfo.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Businessinfo.cz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Podle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grafton.cz\/cs\/vysoka-fluktuace-trapi-vetsi-polovinu-firem\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">v\u00fdzkumu<\/a> hraj\u00ed v\u00fdraznou roli p\u0159i ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru tak\u00e9 vztahy na pracovi\u0161ti a osobnost nad\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho. V \u010desk\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch se fluktuace pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b pohybuje kolem <strong>15 %<\/strong>, za zdravou m\u00edru fluktuace p\u0159itom experti pova\u017euj\u00ed <strong>5 a\u017e 7 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Re\u00e1ln\u00e1 mzda \u010cech\u016f loni klesla, letos jsou vyhl\u00eddky lep\u0161\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Ve \u010dtvrt\u00e9m kvart\u00e1lu roku 2023 vzrostla pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 hrub\u00e1 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzda v \u010cesku oproti p\u0159edchoz\u00edmu roku <strong>o 6,3 %<\/strong>. Kv\u016fli lo\u0148sk\u00e9 inflaci v\u0161ak re\u00e1ln\u00e1 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzda poklesla o <strong>1,2 %<\/strong>. Uv\u00e1d\u00ed to server <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mesec.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u011b\u0161ec.cz<\/a>. \u0160lo u\u017e o dev\u00e1t\u00fd pokles re\u00e1ln\u00e9 mzdy v \u0159ad\u011b. Za cel\u00fd lo\u0148sk\u00fd rok <strong>poklesla re\u00e1ln\u00e1 mzda o 2,9 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Podle hlavn\u00edho ekonoma spole\u010dnosti CYRRUS letos podobn\u00e1 situace nenastane: <em>\u201eO\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me r\u016fst re\u00e1ln\u00fdch v\u00fdd\u011blk\u016f <\/em><strong><em>o zhruba 3 %<\/em><\/strong><em>. N\u00e1vrat na p\u0159edkrizovou kupn\u00ed s\u00edlu pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy ov\u0161em nenastane d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e v roce 2026,\u201c <\/em>p\u0159edpov\u00edd\u00e1<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Inflace v \u010cesku d\u00e1le kles\u00e1, za\u0159adila se mezi nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v EU<\/h2>\n<p>Meziro\u010dn\u00ed inflace v \u010cesku \u010dinila v \u00fanoru 2024 podle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.czso.cz\/csu\/czso\/cri\/indexy-spotrebitelskych-cen-inflace-unor-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u010cesk\u00e9ho statistick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu<\/a> <strong>2 %<\/strong>. Pokra\u010duje tak ve v\u00fdrazn\u00e9m zpomalen\u00ed a \u010cesko se po dvou letech za\u0159adilo mezi <strong>des\u00edtku zem\u00ed s nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed meziro\u010dn\u00ed inflac\u00ed v EU<\/strong>. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 inflace zem\u00ed EU aktu\u00e1ln\u011b \u010din\u00ed 2,6 %. Nejl\u00e9pe je na tom s inflac\u00ed D\u00e1nsko, nejh\u016f\u0159e Rumunsko.<\/p>\n<p>Progn\u00f3za \u010cesk\u00e9 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed banky nyn\u00ed p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee inflace za cel\u00fd rok 2024 bude \u010dinit pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b <strong>2,6 %<\/strong>. Pro rok 2025 pak experti o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed celoro\u010dn\u00ed inflaci <strong>2,1 %<\/strong>. Uv\u00e1d\u00ed to server <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">e15.cz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Statis\u00edc\u016fm podnikatel\u016f le\u017e\u00ed v datov\u00fdch schr\u00e1nk\u00e1ch zpr\u00e1vy od finan\u010dn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu nebo exekutora<\/h2>\n<p>Od za\u010d\u00e1tku lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku mus\u00ed m\u00edt ka\u017ed\u00fd podnikatel v \u010cesku datovou schr\u00e1nku. St\u00e1t jich zalo\u017eil zhruba 2 miliony, ale v\u00edce ne\u017e <strong>450 tis\u00edc povinn\u00fdch u\u017eivatel\u016f schr\u00e1nku dodnes neotev\u0159elo<\/strong>. Podle spr\u00e1vce datov\u00fdch schr\u00e1nek p\u0159itom v ka\u017ed\u00e9 druh\u00e9 nepou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 schr\u00e1nce le\u017e\u00ed dopis od finan\u010dn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu nebo exekutora. Uv\u00e1d\u00ed to server <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mesec.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u011b\u0161ec.cz<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Zpr\u00e1vy p\u0159ijat\u00e9 do datov\u00e9 schr\u00e1nky se pova\u017euj\u00ed za <strong>automaticky doru\u010den\u00e9 <\/strong>po uplynut\u00ed 10 dn\u00ed od p\u0159ijet\u00ed, kdy z\u00e1rove\u0148 za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed b\u011b\u017eet lh\u016fty pro odpov\u011bdi stanoven\u00e9 z\u00e1konem \u010di mo\u017en\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed kroky, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad pokuty za rychlost, nedoplatky na dan\u00edch, soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nebo dokonce exekuce. Doru\u010den\u00ed do datov\u00e9 schr\u00e1nky m\u00e1 stejn\u00fd pr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek jako doru\u010den\u00ed p\u00edsemnosti do vlastn\u00edch rukou adres\u00e1ta, a to i bez p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed u\u017eivatele.
