Ruku v ruce s minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdou jde i tzv. <strong>zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda<\/strong>. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy tedy podmi\u0148uje r\u016fst zaru\u010den\u00e9, kter\u00e1 stanovuje nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladiny mezd a plat\u016f pro jednotliv\u00e9 skupiny prac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>Co je to zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda<\/h2>\n<p>Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda je mzda, na kterou m\u00e1 zam\u011bstnanec vykon\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed ur\u010ditou profesi podle z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce n\u00e1rok. Z\u00e1kon\u00edk pr\u00e1ce rozd\u011bluje profese do osmi skupin, kter\u00e9 jsou mzdov\u011b odstup\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00e9 podle slo\u017eitosti, odpov\u011bdnosti a nam\u00e1havosti vykon\u00e1van\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak si l\u00e9pe p\u0159edstav\u00edte skupiny prac\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Uka\u017eme si na jednoduch\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edkladu, jak jednotliv\u00e9 skupiny funguj\u00ed. <strong>Administrativn\u00ed pracovn\u00edk<\/strong> podle n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti sv\u00e9 pozice <strong>m\u016f\u017ee pat\u0159it do 2. a\u017e 8. skupiny<\/strong>. Ve druh\u00e9 skupin\u011b povede p\u0159\u00edjmy a v\u00fddaje, jednoduchou evidenci i v\u00fdkazy a vy\u0159\u00edd\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad po\u0161tovn\u00ed poch\u016fzky a jin\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce spojen\u00e9 s informacemi. V p\u00e1t\u00e9 skupin\u011b u\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uje person\u00e1ln\u00ed a mzdovou agendu, <a href=\"https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/podnikani\/ucetni-si-oblibily-money-s3-i-diky-moznosti-propojeni-klientem\/\">vede \u00fa\u010detnictv\u00ed<\/a>, nebo spravuje rozs\u00e1hl\u00fd majetek. V osm\u00e9 skupin\u011b pak \u0159\u00edd\u00ed podnikatelskou, obchodn\u00ed i finan\u010dn\u00ed strategii firmy, m\u00e1 tedy t\u011b\u017ekou pr\u00e1ci s vysokou m\u00edrou odpov\u011bdnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda tak ka\u017ed\u00e9mu zam\u011bstnanci garantuje ur\u010dit\u00fd mzdov\u00fd standard. Pokud va\u0161e profese pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad do 3. skupiny, zam\u011bstnavatel v\u00e1m nem\u016f\u017ee vypl\u00e1cet ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mzdu ne\u017e zaru\u010denou. M\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m ale d\u00e1vat v\u00edce.<\/p>\n<h2>Co byste m\u011bli v\u011bd\u011bt k definici zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda se nevztahuje na dohody<\/strong> o prac\u00edch mimo pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br, tedy na DPP a DP\u010c.<\/li>\n<li>Z\u00e1konem dan\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy se uv\u00e1d\u00ed v hrub\u00e9m.<\/li>\n<li>Pokud uzav\u0159ete smlouvu na zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek a zam\u011bstnavatel v\u00e1s plat\u00ed od hodiny, m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na stejnou hodinovou mzdu. Celkov\u00e1 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed <strong>mzda se jen \u00fam\u011brn\u011b sni\u017euje<\/strong> podle odpracovan\u00fdch hodin.<\/li>\n<li>Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda se <strong>po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 ze 40hodinov\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho t\u00fddne<\/strong>. Pokud pracujete ve 2sm\u011bnn\u00e9m provozu a tedy jen 38,75 hodiny za t\u00fdden, nebo v nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9m \u010di 3sm\u011bnn\u00e9m provozu 37,5 hodiny t\u00fddn\u011b, \u00farove\u0148 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed i nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00e9 <strong>hodinov\u00e9 mzdy se v\u00e1m \u00fam\u011brn\u011b zvy\u0161uje<\/strong>. Pokud m\u00e1te hodinovou sazbu p\u0159i 40 hodin\u00e1ch za t\u00fdden 87,3 K\u010d (tedy 3 492 K\u010d t\u00fddn\u011b), pak p\u0159i 2sm\u011bnn\u00e9m provozu a 38,75 hodin\u00e1ch za t\u00fdden z\u00edsk\u00e1te 90,12 K\u010d na hodinu (takt\u00e9\u017e 3 492 K\u010d t\u00fddn\u011b).<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e1rok na zaru\u010denou mzdu m\u00e1te bez ohledu na to, jestli jste zam\u011bstn\u00e1ni na dobu ur\u010ditou, \u010di neur\u010ditou, nebo si jen p\u0159ivyd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1te.<\/li>\n<li>Na ve\u0159ejn\u00fd sektor se nevztahuje zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda, ale <strong>16 platov\u00fdch tarif<\/strong>\u016f. Do ka\u017ed\u00e9 skupiny se \u00fam\u011brn\u011b \u0159ad\u00ed 2 t\u0159\u00eddy platov\u00fdch tarif\u016f ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho sektoru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed a zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda 1. skupiny prac\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Do prvn\u00ed skupiny prac\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed profese jako ru\u010dn\u00ed manipulace s p\u0159edm\u011bty do 15 kg, <strong>myt\u00ed a skl\u00edzen\u00ed n\u00e1dob\u00ed<\/strong>, jednoduch\u00e9 \u0161ic\u00ed pr\u00e1ce, b\u011b\u017en\u00fd \u00faklid a vyn\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed odpadk\u016f, doru\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1silek, jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na vr\u00e1tnici apod.
