V\u0161e se p\u0159esune<strong> do elektronick\u00e9 podoby<\/strong> prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm port\u00e1lu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suip.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">St\u00e1tn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu inspekce pr\u00e1ce<\/a> (S\u00daIP). C\u00edlem je sn\u00ed\u017eit administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e a zrychlit proces hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed, firmy ale budou muset v\u010das zav\u00e9st intern\u00ed postupy, zajistit p\u0159\u00edstup do port\u00e1lu a pro\u0161kolit pov\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 osoby. Podle pr\u016fzkumu agentury <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grafton.cz\/cs\/rekvalifikace-na-vzestupu-zamestnavatele-i-zamestnanci-se-pripravuji-na-nove-role\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grafton Recruitment<\/a> v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina firem v \u010cesku pl\u00e1nuje rekvalifikovat zam\u011bstnance, pokud nenajdou vhodn\u00e9 uchaze\u010de na nov\u00e9 nebo t\u011b\u017eko obsaditeln\u00e9 pozice. Ochota k rekvalifikac\u00edm roste i u samotn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f \u2013 <strong>\u010dtvrtina z osloven\u00fdch uva\u017euje o zm\u011bn\u011b profese<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e hlavn\u00edmi motivacemi jsou <strong>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mzdy a lep\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed podm\u00ednky<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 jsou ochotni podporovat rekvalifikace r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby \u2013<strong> 70 % by organizovalo \u0161kolen\u00ed nebo je pln\u011b hradilo<\/strong>, polovina firem by poskytla \u010dasov\u00fd prostor nebo se finan\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edlela. Tato ochota odpov\u00edd\u00e1 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm pracovn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed pova\u017euj\u00ed za kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9, aby jim zam\u011bstnavatel zajistil \u010das a pokryl n\u00e1klady na \u0161kolen\u00ed. Jak uv\u00e1d\u00ed web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinfo.cz\/clanky\/firmam-chybeji-lide-vetsina-uvazuje-o-rekvalifikacich-pripadne-naboru-cizincu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BusinessInfo.cz<\/a>, rostouc\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitost rekvalifikac\u00ed potvrzuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 data \u2013 za prvn\u00edch sedm m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f roku 2025 se rekvalifikac\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastnilo 34 997 klient\u016f \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje<strong> meziro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst o 53 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda v lednu vyroste na 22 400 K\u010d<\/h2>\n<p>Od ledna 2026 se minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda<strong> zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed o 1\u202f600\u202fK\u010d na 22\u202f400\u202fK\u010d hrub\u00e9ho<\/strong>. Nov\u011b bude valorizace minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy prob\u00edhat automaticky podle vl\u00e1dn\u00edho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, schv\u00e1len\u00e9ho loni na podzim, a jej\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161e bude odpov\u00eddat<strong> 43,4\u202f% pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 je podle makroekonomick\u00e9 progn\u00f3zy ministerstva financ\u00ed pro rok 2026 stanovena na<strong> 51\u202f497\u202fK\u010d<\/strong>. Dosud sta\u010dilo hl\u00e1sit \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce n\u00e1stup nejpozd\u011bji v den za\u010d\u00e1tku zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, nov\u011b je nutn\u00e9 prov\u00e9st<strong> hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem<\/strong> k v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce.
