Podle Ministerstva pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed jich loni pracovalo v \u010cR 935 tis\u00edc, <strong>meziro\u010dn\u011b o 11 % v\u00edce<\/strong>. Zat\u00edmco loni zam\u011bstn\u00e1valy cizince zhruba dv\u011b t\u0159etiny firem, letos u\u017e je to podle dat Gi Group a Grafton Recruitment 84 %. Nej\u010dast\u011bji zahrani\u010dn\u00ed pracovn\u00edky vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed <strong>firmy v logistice (92 %) a pr\u016fmyslu (86 %)<\/strong>. Podniky oce\u0148uj\u00ed hlavn\u011b rychlej\u0161\u00ed obsazen\u00ed voln\u00fdch pozic, zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sm\u011bn a ochotu pracovat ve sm\u011bnn\u00e9m re\u017eimu.<\/p>\n<p>S rostouc\u00edm pod\u00edlem zahrani\u010dn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ale p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 i probl\u00e9m\u016f p\u0159i jejich za\u010dle\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed do t\u00fdm\u016f. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou je<strong> jazykov\u00e1 bari\u00e9ra, rozd\u00edln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k pr\u00e1ci, kulturn\u00ed odli\u0161nosti i administrativn\u00ed komplikace<\/strong>. P\u0159esto v\u011bt\u0161ina firem integraci systematicky ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed \u2013 \u0161kolen\u00ed nebo workshopy zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na spolupr\u00e1ci se zahrani\u010dn\u00edmi kolegy absolvovala<strong> jen necel\u00e1 t\u0159etina zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a podobnou podporu nab\u00edz\u00ed pouze 18 % firem<\/strong>. \u201e<em>Integrace nen\u00ed jednor\u00e1zov\u00fd krok, ale dlouhodob\u00fd proces. Nesta\u010d\u00ed jen \u00favodn\u00ed za\u0161kolen\u00ed, firmy mus\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b pracovat s cel\u00fdm t\u00fdmem a aktivn\u011b podporovat spolupr\u00e1ci, jinak se potenci\u00e1l zahrani\u010dn\u00edch pracovn\u00edk\u016f pln\u011b nevyu\u017eije<\/em>.\u201c dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Radka \u010cechov\u00e1 z agentury Gi Group a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grafton.cz\/cs\/pres-80-procent-firem-zamestnava-cizince-systematicka-integrace-ale-chybi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grafton Recruitment<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Jednotn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed zat\u00edm m\u00edsto \u00falevy p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed firm\u00e1m komplikace<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/jmhz.mpsv.cz\/web\/jmhz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jednotn\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f<\/a> (JMHZ) m\u00e1 za sebou <strong>prvn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc ostr\u00e9ho provozu a reakce z praxe jsou zat\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161e kritick\u00e9<\/strong>. Projekt m\u00e1 do budoucna sn\u00ed\u017eit byrokracii, v sou\u010dasnosti ale firmy i \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na technick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, chybovost syst\u00e9mu a nedostatek informac\u00ed. <strong>Pot\u00ed\u017ee se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159enosu dat, nejasnost\u00ed kolem spr\u00e1vnosti \u00fadaj\u016f nebo nep\u0159ipravenosti mzdov\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 nestihly v\u010das reagovat na nov\u00e9 po\u017eadavky.<\/p>\n<p>Podle z\u00e1stupc\u016f podnikatel\u016f i odborn\u00edk\u016f <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finmag.cz\/byrokracie\/488916-slibovalo-byrokratickou-ulevu-misto-toho-prisel-chaos-jednotne-mesicni-hlaseni-ocima-expertu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">v anket\u011b Finmag.cz<\/a> jde zat\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161e o zv\u00fd\u0161enou administrativn\u00ed a finan\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, zejm\u00e9na pro mal\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u00ed firmy. <strong>St\u00e1t nicm\u00e9n\u011b zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee jde o p\u0159echodnou f\u00e1zi a \u017ee c\u00edlem je dlouhodob\u00e9 zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 sjednocen\u00ed v\u00edce hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed do jednoho a omezen\u00ed duplicitn\u00edho vykazov\u00e1n\u00ed. Sankce za zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed zat\u00edm nejsou prioritou a \u00fa\u0159ady se soust\u0159ed\u00ed na stabilizaci syst\u00e9mu. <strong>Odborn\u00edci se shoduj\u00ed, \u017ee skute\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos JMHZ se uk\u00e1\u017ee a\u017e s odstupem \u010dasu<\/strong>, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b b\u011bhem n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch let.<\/p>\n<h2>Mzdy v \u010cesku se v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed, nejv\u00edc berou mana\u017ee\u0159i a IT specialist\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Rozd\u00edly ve v\u00fdd\u011blc\u00edch v \u010cesku z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00e9, vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mesec.cz\/clanky\/velky-prehled-mezd-nejvic-berou-manazeri-a-it-odbornici-nejmin-zamestnanci-v-gastru\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">velk\u00e9ho p\u0159ehledu mezd serveru Mesec.cz<\/a>. Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mzdy dlouhodob\u011b pob\u00edraj\u00ed \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed pracovn\u00edci a specialist\u00e9, zejm\u00e9na v IT, financ\u00edch nebo letectv\u00ed. Naopak nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdd\u011blky maj\u00ed pomocn\u00ed a nekvalifikovan\u00ed pracovn\u00edci, typicky v gastronomii, \u00faklidov\u00fdch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch nebo ostraze. <strong>V\u00fdznamn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly panuj\u00ed i mezi regiony<\/strong> \u2013 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed mzdy jsou v Praze, nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v Karlovarsk\u00e9m kraji.<\/p>\n<p>Data z\u00e1rove\u0148 potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee velk\u00e9 rozd\u00edly existuj\u00ed i mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi profesemi a skupinami zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Odborn\u00edci upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee tyto rozd\u00edly vznikaj\u00ed u\u017e na za\u010d\u00e1tku kari\u00e9ry a postupn\u011b se prohlubuj\u00ed, co\u017e m\u00e1 dopad na celkovou finan\u010dn\u00ed situaci zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>OSV\u010c se mo\u017en\u00e1 do\u010dkaj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1loh na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Sen\u00e1tn\u00ed v\u00fdbor podpo\u0159il n\u00e1vrh na <strong>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00edch z\u00e1loh OSV\u010c na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>, a pokud zm\u011bnu schv\u00e1l\u00ed i Sen\u00e1t a podep\u00ed\u0161e prezident, mohla by za\u010d\u00edt platit u\u017e od \u010dervna. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.e15.cz\/finexpert\/danove-priznani\/osvc-by-letos-mohly-usetrit-pres-osm-tisic-korun-na-socialnim-pojisteni-1432183\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Podle magaz\u00ednu E15<\/a> by mohly OSV\u010c u\u0161et\u0159it a\u017e 8 tis\u00edc. Novela po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se <strong>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm minim\u00e1ln\u00edho vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00edho z\u00e1kladu z 40 % na 35 % pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy<\/strong>, co\u017e by znamenalo pokles minim\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1lohy z 5 720 K\u010d na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 5 005 K\u010d. Zm\u011bna se m\u00e1 nav\u00edc vztahovat zp\u011btn\u011b od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Podnikatel\u00e9 si budou moci<strong> rozd\u00edl mezi ji\u017e zaplacen\u00fdmi a nov\u011b stanoven\u00fdmi z\u00e1lohami nechat vr\u00e1tit<\/strong>, a to na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u017e\u00e1dosti u spr\u00e1vy soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed. Pokud o vr\u00e1cen\u00ed nepo\u017e\u00e1daj\u00ed, p\u0159eplatek se zohledn\u00ed p\u0159i ro\u010dn\u00edm vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed. <strong>\u00daprava se prom\u00edtne i do pau\u0161\u00e1ln\u00ed dan\u011b v prvn\u00edm p\u00e1smu<\/strong>, kde by se m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed platba mohla sn\u00ed\u017eit. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.podnikatel.cz\/clanky\/senatni-vybor-podporil-snizeni-zaloh-osvc-mohlo-by-k-nemu-dojit-od-cervna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Podnikatel.cz<\/a> ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee p\u0159esn\u00fd term\u00edn \u00fa\u010dinnosti zat\u00edm nen\u00ed jist\u00fd a bude z\u00e1viset na dal\u0161\u00edm legislativn\u00edm procesu.<\/p>\n<h2>Evropa chce sn\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1vislost na americk\u00fdch technologi\u00edch, pro firmy to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost<\/h2>\n<p>Evropsk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty, v \u010dele s Franci\u00ed, posiluj\u00ed snahu o technologickou nez\u00e1vislost na zahrani\u010dn\u00edch dodavatel\u00edch. V \u0159ad\u011b oblast\u00ed zat\u00edm chyb\u00ed plnohodnotn\u00e9 alternativy a jejich v\u00fdvoj m\u016f\u017ee trvat roky. Probl\u00e9mem je tak\u00e9 financov\u00e1n\u00ed technologick\u00fdch firem v Evrop\u011b a jejich schopnost konkurovat glob\u00e1ln\u00edm gigant\u016fm. P\u0159esto odborn\u00edci upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee tlak na technologickou suverenitu poroste a<strong> firmy by m\u011bly sledovat nov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti, kter\u00e9 tento trend p\u0159inese \u2013 zejm\u00e9na v oblasti v\u00fdvoje, digitalizace a inovac\u00ed<\/strong>.
