Jasn\u00e1 definice po\u017eadavk\u016f n\u00e1m \u0159ekne, co u potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch kandid\u00e1t\u016f hledat.<\/p>\n<p>Pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto je vhodn\u00e9 definovat dv\u011bma z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi dokumenty, a to popisem pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta a specifikac\u00ed. <strong>Popis pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta<\/strong> je zpravidla v\u00fdsledkem anal\u00fdzy dan\u00e9ho m\u00edsta a jak samotn\u00fd n\u00e1zev napov\u00edd\u00e1, popisuje \u010dinnosti, kter\u00e9 budou na dan\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b vykon\u00e1v\u00e1ny, tzn. popisuje pr\u00e1ci, d\u00e1le m\u00edsto v\u00a0hierarchii organizace a dal\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed vazby. <strong>Specifikace pracovn\u00edho m\u00edsta<\/strong> se pak u\u017e nezab\u00fdv\u00e1 prac\u00ed jako takovou, ale specifikuje \u010dlov\u011bka, kter\u00fd ji m\u00e1 vykon\u00e1vat. Ud\u00e1v\u00e1 po\u017eadovan\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, dovednosti, zku\u0161enosti, osobn\u00ed vlastnosti apod.
