Koho, kdy a jak vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Normativn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Jak u\u017e s\u00e1m nadpis nazna\u010duje, zam\u011bstnance je mimo jin\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f t\u0159eba vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat proto, \u017ee n\u00e1m to ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd z\u00e1kon \u010di jin\u00fd pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpis. Takov\u00fdm asi nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm je vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0oblastech bezpe\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0160kolen\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci (BOZP)<\/h3>\n<p>Povinnost \u0161kolen\u00ed vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 ze <a href=\"https:\/\/businesscenter.podnikatel.cz\/pravo\/zakony\/zakonik-prace\/f3053997\/#p103\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce \u00a7 103, odst. 2<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakonyprolidi.cz\/cs\/2006-309\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">z\u00e1kona \u010d. 309\/2006 Sb. o zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednek bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci<\/a>. \u0160kolen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se prov\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159i n\u00e1stupu do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b pracovi\u0161t\u011b nebo pracovn\u00edho za\u0159azen\u00ed zam\u011bstnance. \u0160kolen\u00ed se obvykle opakuje <strong>jednou za dva roky<\/strong>, pokud zam\u011bstnavatel ve sv\u00e9m vnit\u0159n\u00edm p\u0159edpise a v\u00a0souladu se Z\u00e1kon\u00edkem pr\u00e1ce \u00a7 103, odst. 3, neur\u010d\u00ed jinou lh\u016ftu pro opakovan\u00e9 \u0161kolen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160kolen\u00ed BOZP je standardn\u011b rozd\u011bleno na 2 samostatn\u00e1 \u0161kolen\u00ed &#8211; pro zam\u011bstnance a pro vedouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edky. Jedno z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch \u0161kolen\u00ed BOZP mus\u00ed absolvovat v\u0161ichni zam\u011bstnanci bez ohledu na pracovn\u00ed pozici nebo odbornost, tedy pouze s p\u0159ihl\u00e9dnut\u00edm, zda se jedn\u00e1 \u010di nejedn\u00e1 o vedouc\u00edho pracovn\u00edka.<\/p>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nedostatku \u010dasu nebo nemo\u017enosti osobn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti je tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost absolvovat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skolenibozp.cz\/kurzy-testy\/\">\u0161kolen\u00ed BOZP prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm online kurzu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0160kolen\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochrany (PO)<\/h3>\n<p>Povinnost tohoto \u0161kolen\u00ed vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 op\u011bt ze <a href=\"https:\/\/businesscenter.podnikatel.cz\/pravo\/zakony\/zakonik-prace\/f3053997\/#p103\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce \u00a7 103, odst. 2<\/a> a d\u00e1le ze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakonyprolidi.cz\/cs\/1985-133\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">z\u00e1kona \u010d. 133\/1985 Sb. o po\u017e\u00e1rn\u00ed ochran\u011b<\/a>. \u0160kolen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se prov\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159i n\u00e1stupu do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b pracovi\u0161t\u011b nebo pracovn\u00edho za\u0159azen\u00ed zam\u011bstnance. \u0160kolen\u00ed se obvykle opakuje <strong>jednou za dva roky<\/strong>, pokud zam\u011bstnavatel ve sv\u00e9m vnit\u0159n\u00edm p\u0159edpise a v\u00a0souladu se Z\u00e1kon\u00edkem pr\u00e1ce \u00a7 103, odst. 3, neur\u010d\u00ed jinou lh\u016ftu pro opakovan\u00e9 \u0161kolen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160kolen\u00ed PO je rozd\u011bleno ve stejn\u00e9m duchu jako \u0161kolen\u00ed BOZP na 2 samostatn\u00e1 \u0161kolen\u00ed &#8211; pro zam\u011bstnance a pro vedouc\u00ed pracovn\u00edky.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0160kolen\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed republice je v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina populace dr\u017eiteli \u0159idi\u010dsk\u00e9ho opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed, z\u00a0nich\u017e v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 sv\u00e9 \u0159idi\u010dsk\u00e9 kvalifikace k\u00a0v\u00fdkonu sv\u00e9ho povol\u00e1n\u00ed a tak\u00e9 mnoz\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed \u0159idi\u010di pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed silni\u010dn\u00ed vozidla ve sv\u00e9m zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159i sv\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch aktivit\u00e1ch jako \u0159idi\u010di tzv. \u201ereferenti\u201c.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0160kolen\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d\u016f tzv. \u201ereferent\u016f\u201c<\/strong>\u00a0je realizov\u00e1no v souladu ustanoven\u00edm <a href=\"https:\/\/businesscenter.podnikatel.cz\/pravo\/zakony\/zakonik-prace\/f3053997\/#p103\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a7 103, odst. 2<\/a> a d\u00e1le v <a href=\"https:\/\/businesscenter.podnikatel.cz\/pravo\/zakony\/zakonik-prace\/f3055679\/#p349\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a7 349, odst. 1<\/a> z\u00e1kona \u010d. 262\/2006., Z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce. Povinnost absolvovat toto \u0161kolen\u00ed maj\u00ed v\u0161ichni \u0159idi\u010di, kte\u0159\u00ed \u0159\u00edd\u00ed motorov\u00e9 vozidlo p\u0159i pracovn\u00ed (slu\u017eebn\u00ed) cest\u011b nebo p\u0159i v\u00fdkonu povol\u00e1n\u00ed, a\u0165 se jedn\u00e1\u00a0o \u201eslu\u017eebn\u00ed automobil\u201c, vozidlo pronajat\u00e9 nebo soukrom\u00e9 firmou pou\u017eit\u00e9 ke slu\u017eebn\u00ed (pracovn\u00ed) cest\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160kolen\u00ed pro \u0159idi\u010de je rozd\u011bleno podle \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch dopravn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0160kolen\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d\u016f tzv. \u201ereferent\u016f\u201c (Ref-M) vozidel kategori\u00ed M1, N1 a L;<\/li>\n<li>\u0160kolen\u00ed \u0159idi\u010d\u016f tzv. \u201ereferent\u016f\u201c (Ref-N) vozidel kategori\u00ed N2 a N3, T, speci\u00e1ln\u00edch a zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edch vozidel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>S\u00a0ohledem na danou problematiku <strong>je doporu\u010den\u00e1 frekvence pro opakov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed jeden rok<\/strong>, nen\u00ed v\u0161ak v\u00fdjimkou, \u017ee \u0159ada firem \u0161kol\u00ed sv\u00e9 \u0159idi\u010de referenty jen jednou za dva i t\u0159i roky.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5205\" src=\"https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/work-5382501_1920-1024x617.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"617\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>\u0160kolen\u00ed poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed prvn\u00ed pomoci<\/h3>\n<p>\u0160kolen\u00ed o poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed prvn\u00ed pomoci je ur\u010deno pro v\u0161echny zam\u011bstnance v\u00a0zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9m pom\u011bru podle z\u00e1kona \u010d. 262\/2006 Sb., Z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce. <strong>Doporu\u010den\u00e1 frekvence opakov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed je jednou za 2 roky<\/strong>. \u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdm absolvov\u00e1n\u00edm tohoto \u0161kolen\u00ed je spln\u011bna povinnost zam\u011bstnavatele vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ze <a href=\"https:\/\/businesscenter.podnikatel.cz\/pravo\/zakony\/zakonik-prace\/f3053997\/#p103\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce \u00a7 103, odst. 2.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>\u0160kolen\u00ed nakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed s chemick\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami a chemick\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edpravky<\/h3>\n<p>Toto \u0161kolen\u00ed osv\u011btluje pojmy o chemick\u00fdch l\u00e1tk\u00e1ch a chemick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravc\u00edch, nakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmito p\u0159\u00edpravky a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1sad veden\u00ed dokumentace tzv. bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch list\u016f. \u0160kolen\u00ed je ur\u010deno pro v\u0161echny zam\u011bstnance v zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9m pom\u011bru podle <a href=\"https:\/\/businesscenter.podnikatel.cz\/pravo\/zakony\/zakonik-prace\/f3053997\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">z\u00e1kona \u010d. 262\/2006 Sb.<\/a>, Z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakonyprolidi.cz\/cs\/2000-258\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">z\u00e1kona \u010d. 258\/2000 Sb., o ochran\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed<\/a>. \u0160kolen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se prov\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159i n\u00e1stupu do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b pracovi\u0161t\u011b nebo pracovn\u00edho za\u0159azen\u00ed zam\u011bstnance. <strong>Doporu\u010den\u00e1 frekvence opakov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed je 1x ro\u010dn\u011b<\/strong>. Mo\u017en\u00e1 V\u00e1s p\u0159ekvap\u00ed, \u017ee podle zna\u010den\u00ed na n\u011bkter\u00fdch druz\u00edch myc\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f by toto \u0161kolen\u00ed m\u011bly absolvovat nap\u0159. sekret\u00e1\u0159ky \u010di asistentky, kter\u00e9 obsluhuj\u00ed my\u010dku a p\u0159ijdou do styku s\u00a0myc\u00edmi kapslemi.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0160kolen\u00ed nakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed s odpady, v\u010detn\u011b odpad\u016f nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch a biologick\u00fdch<\/h3>\n<p>\u0160kolen\u00ed nau\u010d\u00ed zam\u011bstnance, jak nakl\u00e1dat s odpady, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e je kladen zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed d\u016fraz na odpady nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 a biologick\u00e9. Toto \u0161kolen\u00ed je vhodn\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na pro nemocnice a l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 pracovi\u0161t\u011b, kde se vyskytuj\u00ed biologick\u00e9 odpady, kter\u00e9 s sebou nesou riziko infekce<strong>. Doporu\u010den\u00e1 frekvence opakov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kolen\u00ed je 1x ro\u010dn\u011b<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0160kolen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f o bezpe\u010dnosti a ochran\u011b zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci na pracovi\u0161t\u00edch s nebezpe\u010d\u00edm p\u00e1du z v\u00fd\u0161ky nebo do hloubky<\/h3>\n<p>\u0160kolen\u00ed je ur\u010deno pro v\u0161echny zam\u011bstnance v zam\u011bstnaneck\u00e9m pom\u011bru podle <a href=\"https:\/\/businesscenter.podnikatel.cz\/pravo\/zakony\/zakonik-prace\/f3053997\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">z\u00e1kona \u010d. 262\/2006 Sb., Z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakonyprolidi.cz\/cs\/2006-309\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">z\u00e1kona \u010d. 309\/2006 Sb. o zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednek bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany zdrav\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci<\/a>, kte\u0159\u00ed pracuj\u00ed na pracovi\u0161t\u00edch s nebezpe\u010d\u00edm p\u00e1du z v\u00fd\u0161ky nebo do hloubky. \u0160kolen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se prov\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159ed prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm prac\u00ed na pracovi\u0161t\u00edch, kde hroz\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdkonu pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti nebezpe\u010d\u00ed p\u00e1du z v\u00fd\u0161ky nebo do hloubky. <strong>\u0160kolen\u00ed se opakuje nejm\u00e9n\u011b jednou za dva roky<\/strong>, pokud zam\u011bstnavatel ve sv\u00e9m vnit\u0159n\u00edm p\u0159edpise a v souladu se Z\u00e1kon\u00edkem pr\u00e1ce \u00a7 103, odst. 3 neur\u010d\u00ed jinou lh\u016ftu pro opakovan\u00e9 \u0161kolen\u00ed. \u0160kolen\u00ed mus\u00ed absolvovat v\u0161ichni zam\u011bstnanci bez ohledu na pracovn\u00ed pozici, kte\u0159\u00ed budou prov\u00e1d\u011bt, \u0159\u00eddit nebo kontrolovat prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed prac\u00ed ve v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch nebo nad voln\u00fdmi hloubkami.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echna v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e1 \u0161kolen\u00ed jsou p\u0159\u00edkladem normativn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Je v\u0161ak nutn\u00e9 podotknout, \u017ee nejde o \u00fapln\u00fd seznam v\u0161ech \u0161kolen\u00ed, ale pouze o v\u00fd\u010det t\u011bch nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch. Existuje \u0159ada profes\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed pravideln\u00e9 p\u0159ezku\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di \u0161kolen\u00ed v\u00a0individu\u00e1ln\u00edch oblastech (nap\u0159. strojv\u016fdci, policist\u00e9, hasi\u010di, voj\u00e1ci, z\u00e1chran\u00e1\u0159i, elektrik\u00e1\u0159i dle Vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky \u010d. 50\/1978 Sb. a dal\u0161\u00ed).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0r\u00e1mci normativn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je nezbytn\u00e9 kl\u00e1st d\u016fraz nejen na sledov\u00e1n\u00ed intervalu p\u0159e\u0161kolov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale i na sledov\u00e1n\u00ed novinek v\u00a0z\u00e1konech a p\u0159edpisech. I z\u00a0tohoto d\u016fvodu se men\u0161\u00edm firm\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 nemaj\u00ed vlastn\u00edho bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho \u0161kolitele\/technika, doporu\u010duje spolupr\u00e1ce se specializovan\u00fdmi firmami, kter\u00e9 toto v\u0161echno ohl\u00eddaj\u00ed za V\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<h2>Cyklus systematick\u00e9ho podnikov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Podnikov\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (v\u010d. toho normativn\u00edho) m\u00e1 smysl ve chv\u00edli, kdy nejde o nahodil\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed managementu \u010di zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdch osob, ale naopak jde o ucelen\u00fd, promy\u0161len\u00fd a systematick\u00fd prvek, kter\u00fd odpov\u00edd\u00e1 n\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00e9mu cyklu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5206\" src=\"https:\/\/money.cz\/novinky-a-tipy\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/01\/vzdelavani_cyklus.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"592\" height=\"452\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Identifikace vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch pot\u0159eb <\/strong>m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt realizov\u00e1na na z\u00e1klad\u011b anal\u00fdzy. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b normativn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jde o anal\u00fdzu pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s\u00a0problematikou zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed osob, bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed pr\u00e1ce a v\u00fdkonem ur\u010dit\u00e9 podnikatelsk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dal\u0161\u00edho podnikov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pak jde nap\u0159. o anal\u00fdzy v\u00fdkonu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, jazykov\u00e9 testy, hodnocen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f apod. C\u00edlem f\u00e1ze \u201eidentifikace vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch pot\u0159eb\u201c je jednozna\u010dn\u011b ur\u010dit, kdo a v\u00a0\u010dem m\u00e1 b\u00fdt vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n, \u010deho m\u00e1 b\u00fdt v\u00a0r\u00e1mci vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dosa\u017eeno.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0r\u00e1mci <strong>pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 napl\u00e1novat nejen term\u00edn, m\u00edsto a dobu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, ale i finance (na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed lze toti\u017e pohl\u00ed\u017eet jako na investici), vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed metody (zda bude vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed prob\u00edhat na pracovi\u0161ti \u2013 tzv. on the job, nebo mimo pracovi\u0161t\u011b \u2013 tzv. off the job), \u0161kolitele (rad\u011bji praktika, ne\u017e teoretika), p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd z\u00e1stup za zam\u011bstnance, kter\u00fd odjede na \u0161kolen\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed nezbytnosti.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e1zi <strong>\u201erealizace vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c<\/strong> nen\u00ed t\u0159eba nikterak slo\u017eit\u011b popisovat. Jedn\u00e1 se f\u00e1zi, kdy je zam\u011bstnanec \u0161kolen. Sou\u010dasn\u011b sem ale optim\u00e1ln\u011b spad\u00e1 i ur\u010dit\u00e1 doba v\u00fdkonu pr\u00e1ce, kdy zam\u011bstnanec ji\u017e pracuje s\u00a0nabyt\u00fdmi dovednostmi a znalostmi, tzn. za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 je vyu\u017e\u00edvat v\u00a0praxi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sleduje posledn\u00ed f\u00e1ze, tzv. <strong>vyhodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>, kdy se porovn\u00e1v\u00e1, zda po absolvovan\u00e9m \u0161kolen\u00ed zam\u011bstnanec dosahuje po\u017eadovan\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f (nap\u0159. chov\u00e1 se po\u017eadovan\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, dosahuje stanoven\u00fdch norem atd.). Jedn\u00e1 se o velice d\u016fle\u017eitou a pom\u011brn\u011b slo\u017eitou f\u00e1zi, jeliko\u017e jde o ur\u010dit\u00fd druh zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b vyhodnocen\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed b\u00fdv\u00e1 rozhodnuto, zda bylo dosa\u017eeno stanoven\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b zda je t\u0159eba \u010dlov\u011bka je\u0161t\u011b do\u0161kolit, pop\u0159. jej pro\u0161kolit je\u0161t\u011b na n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho.
