Vztahuje se na <strong>v\u0161echny typy pracovn\u00edch pom\u011br\u016f<\/strong>, tedy i na dohodu o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce nebo dohodu o pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, t\u00fdk\u00e1 se tedy i nap\u0159\u00edklad brig\u00e1dn\u00edk\u016f. Nerozli\u0161uje se, zdali se jedn\u00e1 o smlouvu na dobu ur\u010ditou nebo neur\u010ditou. Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda se t\u00fdk\u00e1 <strong>v\u0161ech profes\u00ed a obor\u016f<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Do minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy se po\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed pohybliv\u00e9 slo\u017eky mzdy jako:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>osobn\u00ed ohodnocen\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>ro\u010dn\u00ed bonus a pr\u00e9mie,<\/li>\n<li>provize,<\/li>\n<li>odm\u011bna<\/li>\n<li>a dal\u0161\u00ed prom\u011bnliv\u00e9 slo\u017eky mzdy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nezapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vaj\u00ed se naopak p\u0159\u00edplatky za pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das, v noci, o v\u00edkendu, ve sv\u00e1tek nebo ve zt\u00ed\u017een\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda<\/strong> stanovovala nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enou odm\u011bnu pro jednotliv\u00e9 profese <strong>podle n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti pr\u00e1ce<\/strong>. Od 1. ledna 2025 v\u0161ak byla zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda v soukrom\u00e9m sektoru zru\u0161ena. Ve <strong>ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1v\u011b a st\u00e1tn\u00ed sf\u00e9\u0159e <\/strong>z\u016fstal zachov\u00e1n syst\u00e9m minim\u00e1ln\u00edch odm\u011bn, nov\u011b ozna\u010dovan\u00fd jako <strong>\u201ezaru\u010den\u00fd plat\u201c<\/strong>. Ten funguje v p\u0159ehledn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm re\u017eimu \u2013 m\u00edsto p\u016fvodn\u00edch osmi skupin prac\u00ed se nov\u011b rozli\u0161uj\u00ed jen \u010dty\u0159i skupiny podle slo\u017eitosti a odpov\u011bdnosti pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<h2>Zaru\u010den\u00fd plat a pracovn\u00ed skupiny<\/h2>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnanci ve ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, spr\u00e1v\u011b a st\u00e1tn\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci jsou podle sv\u00fdch profes\u00ed rozd\u011bleni do <strong>\u010dty\u0159 skupin s r\u016fznou v\u00fd\u0161\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00e9ho platu<\/strong>. Za\u0159azen\u00ed do jednotliv\u00fdch skupin se form\u00e1ln\u011b odv\u00edj\u00ed od platov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy, do n\u00ed\u017e je pr\u00e1ce za\u0159azena, ale vych\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ze slo\u017eitosti, odpov\u011bdnosti a nam\u00e1havosti pr\u00e1ce. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm vod\u00edtkem je tak\u00e9 dosa\u017een\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p>Zam\u011bstnanci ve ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, spr\u00e1v\u011b a st\u00e1tn\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci jsou podle sv\u00fdch profes\u00ed rozd\u011bleni do <strong>\u010dty\u0159 skupin s r\u016fznou v\u00fd\u0161\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00e9ho platu<\/strong>. Za\u0159azen\u00ed do jednotliv\u00fdch skupin se form\u00e1ln\u011b odv\u00edj\u00ed od platov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy, do n\u00ed\u017e je pr\u00e1ce za\u0159azena, ale vych\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ze slo\u017eitosti, odpov\u011bdnosti a nam\u00e1havosti pr\u00e1ce. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm vod\u00edtkem je tak\u00e9 dosa\u017een\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Do <strong>1. pracovn\u00ed skupiny<\/strong> pat\u0159\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci v <strong>1. a 2. platov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b<\/strong>, tedy v\u011bt\u0161inou lid\u00e9 se z\u00e1kladn\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm nebo z\u00e1klady vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. Jde nap\u0159\u00edklad\u00a0o\u00a0ukl\u00edze\u010de \u010di pomocn\u00e9 administrativn\u00ed pracovn\u00edky.<\/li>\n<li>Do <strong>2. pracovn\u00ed skupiny<\/strong> spadaj\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci <strong>3. a\u017e 5. platov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy<\/strong>, obvykle se st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm \u010di v\u00fdu\u010dn\u00edm listem. Pat\u0159\u00ed sem nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161atn\u00e1\u0159i, recep\u010dn\u00ed, skladn\u00edci a \u0161koln\u00edci.<\/li>\n<li><strong>3. pracovn\u00ed skupina<\/strong> zahrnuje zam\u011bstnance v <strong>6. a\u017e 9. platov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b<\/strong>, zpravidla se st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm (s v\u00fdu\u010dn\u00edm listem \u010di maturitou) nebo s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm odborn\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm. P\u0159\u00edkladem takov\u00fdch profes\u00ed jsou kucha\u0159i ve \u0161koln\u00edch j\u00eddeln\u00e1ch, technici, personalist\u00e9, \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed, rozpo\u010dt\u00e1\u0159i a referenti pro jednotliv\u00e9 agendy.<\/li>\n<li>Ve <strong>4. pracovn\u00ed <\/strong><strong>skupin\u011b <\/strong>jsou zam\u011bstnanci <strong>10. a\u017e 16. platov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy<\/strong>, tedy lid\u00e9 s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm odborn\u00fdm a vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00edm. Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed:\u00a0v\u00a0roce 2025 byla v\u00fd\u0161e minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy 20 800 K\u010d, respektive 124,40 K\u010d za hodinu. Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda i zaru\u010den\u00fd plat\u00e1 mzda jsou stanoveny pro standardn\u00ed 40hodinov\u00fd pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdden.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdjimkou jsou zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, u kter\u00fdch z\u00e1kon stanov\u00ed krat\u0161\u00ed\u00a0t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dobu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>V podzem\u00ed <\/strong>p\u0159i t\u011b\u017eb\u011b nebo v d\u016fln\u00ed v\u00fdstavb\u011b a v podobn\u00fdch fyzicky velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00edch mohou zam\u011bstnanci odpracovat maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 37,5 hodiny t\u00fddn\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>Zam\u011bstnanci <strong>pracuj\u00edc\u00ed v nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9m nebo t\u0159\u00edsm\u011bnn\u00e9m provozu<\/strong> sm\u00ed tak\u00e9 pracovat nejv\u00fd\u0161e 37,5 hodiny t\u00fddn\u011b.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Zam\u011bstnanci <strong>v dvousm\u011bnn\u00e9m provozu<\/strong> mohou odpracovat nejv\u00fd\u0161e 38,75 hodiny t\u00fddn\u011b.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodinov\u00e1 mzda se v t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech <strong>p\u0159\u00edmou \u00fam\u011brou zvy\u0161uje vzhledem ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>U zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, kde se povoluje 37,5 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b, je t\u00edm p\u00e1dem minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodinov\u00e1 mzda <strong>143,40<\/strong><strong> K\u010d<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>U prac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 lze vykon\u00e1vat 38,75 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b, je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hodinov\u00e1 mzda <strong>138,80<\/strong><strong> K\u010d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Krom\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy MPSV vyhla\u0161uje i nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00fd plat pro jednotliv\u00e9 skupiny\u00a0(konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stky uv\u00e1d\u00edme v tabulce) a <strong>rozp\u011bt\u00ed p\u0159\u00edplatk\u016f<\/strong> za pr\u00e1ci ve zt\u00ed\u017een\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Zam\u011bstnanci ve ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch a ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 \u010di st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1v\u011b maj\u00ed n\u00e1rok na tento p\u0159\u00edplatek v rozp\u011bt\u00ed 5 a\u017e 15 % m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy.<\/p>\n<h3>Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda v roce 2026 pro jednotliv\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed skupiny<\/h3>\n<p>Ministerstvo pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed vyhl\u00e1silo pro <strong>rok 2026 nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b zaru\u010den\u00e9ho platu<\/strong> pro jednotliv\u00e9 skupiny takto (pro 40h.
